The buyer TC Belfort Park is related to the Morgan Group, a real estate company that focuses on New York apartments. Trading for $138,000 per unit, the property is located at 7750 Belfort Parkway near the intersection of J. Turner Boulevard and Interstate 95. It was built in 2013 and consists of eight, three-story residential buildings and features a clubhouse, pool and private lake. Brokers from Colliers International’s Northeast Florida Colliers office Bradley Coe, Douglas Blair and Morgan Williams brokered the transaction.
