Futureal Group has handed over the Skypark office building on Corvin Promenade in Budapest. The building was completed at the end of 2016 and offers 25,000 sqm of space. Skypark boasts the latest technologies since it was planned to meet the needs of R&D and is entirely occupied by one tenant whose name was not disclosed. The property has received BREEAM Very Good certification. Its environmentally friendly solutions include an electric car charger, green roof, bicycle storage, dressing rooms, showers as well as energy-efficient mechanical systems.
