CBRE has represented Mack-Cali Realty Corporation in the $87 million sale of the Commerce Office Portfolio in Cranford and Clark, New Jersey. The buildings, located at the four-way interchanges at exits 135 and 136 on the Garden State Parkway, were bought by Signature Acquisitions, which will relocate its headquarters within the newly acquired portfolio.
