CBRE has represented Mack-Cali Realty Corporation in the $87 million sale of the Commerce Office Portfolio in Cranford and Clark, New Jersey. The buildings, located at the four-way interchanges at exits 135 and 136 on the Garden State Parkway, were bought by Signature Acquisitions, which will relocate its headquarters within the newly acquired portfolio. The 822,000 sqf of office space, spread across eight office buildings, are approximately 75 percent leased
