GoldOller Real Estate Investments has purchased The Seasons Apartments, a 1088-unit property located in Laurel, Maryland for an undisclosed price. The complex marks GoldOller’s largest single apartment investment and its first acquisition in the Washington D.C. – Baltimore area. Located at 9220 Old Lantern Way, the asset sits on a 70 acre site and encompasses over 900,000 sqf of rentable space. Amenities include two swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds and a clubhouse. At the time of the sale the apartment complex was 95 percent leased.
