Commercial properties in London are predicted to have negative growth in 2017 although the UK commercial property market has become a favourable investment location for foreign investors. This is consequent to the weakness of the pound and lower market prices. The New Year predicts profitable potential for investors, as the rate of return on property investments are high as they continue to recover from the post Brexit stagnation.
