Ericsson has signed a lease on 8,400 sqm of office space at University Business Park in Łódź. Ericsson will relocate to its new office space in July. JLL represented the tenant in the largest lease transaction on the Łódź market last year. The deal closed in Q4. Developed by Globe Trade Centre, University Business Park offers 39,000 sqm of office space in two seven-story buildings. “We are pleased to welcome Ericsson. The GTC development has been selected as most suitable to their requirements within Łódź, while seeking opportunities to further strengthen their presence in Poland,” said Justina Ivan, office leasing director at GTC. “It was a pleasure to deal with the professional real estate team of Ericsson, and conclude as a result the first business transaction between our companies.”
