Agatrans Multi Projekt has started construction on the first stage of Szczecin Business Plaza, a class A office and shopping complex. Going up on Południowa street in Szczecin, the project will deliver 11,100 sqm of total usable space in four buildings as well as more than 300 parking spaces. Litwiniuk Property will oversee commercialization.
