YIT acquired an additional two locations in Prague: the Aalto Cibulka residential project in Košíře and a site in Vysočany for a new phase of its Suomi Hloubětín project. The acquisition of the site from the Prague 9 municipality will allow the developer to add 550 to 700 new flats to the Prague residential market. Both Suomi Hloubětín and Aalto Cibulka are brownfield redevelopments that will create new neighborhoods with flats, shops and services. The Aalto Cibulka project is to go up in the former ZPA Košíře area in Prague 5 and will feature the refurbishment of the site’s existing industrial building and a new apartment house.
