Reflecta Development plans to invest CZK 3bn into a large project at the Opatov metro station in Prague 11. With valid EIA in hand, the developer is ready to apply for a planning permit. Nový Opatov will add offices, a hotel, flats and shops to the location. Reflecta hopes it will be able to break ground in 2020 on the project which it has already been preparing for years. As result of discussions it’s had with the municipality and local residents, the developer cut the planned 100,000 sqm usable area by 40 percent and add a residential component as well as a new public square and streets.
