Reico buys Park One in Bratislava

Reico acquired Park One, Amazon’s headquarters in Bratislava. Other tenants in the building include Zurich Insurance, L’Oréal and BRE. Reico bought Park One from Falcon II Fund for €35.6m for ČS Real Estate Fund it manages. The transaction was carried out via the transfer of a 100-percent stake in the real estate company which owns the Park One building. “This prime office building offers very favorable risk-adjusted returns for our unitholders,” said Tomáš Jandík, CIO and board member of Reico IS ČS. “It has a great potential to generate long-term sustainable income and contribute to the stable growth of our portfolio.”
