Trigema’s gross profit grew from CZK 127m to CZK 176m last year. Turnover, meanwhile, jumped 50 percent y-o-y to CZK 1.5bn. The developer completed its first SMART Byty project in Prague-Nové Butovice, which cost CZK 1bn and includes a restaurant, shops, services, a Czech Photo Center gallery and a sculpture by Czech artist David Černý. Trigema also launched flat sales at its first regional project in Pilsen and invested into improvements at the Areál Monínec ski area, equipping it with advanced artificial snowmaking technology. In 2017, Trigema will focus on preparing new residential projects in Prague 4, Prague 8, Prague 12 and in Brno. The company’s head, Marcel Soural, says Trigema will also focus on leisure projects, including the installation of the Snowfactory technology at Areál Samoty in Šumava, and will look for wellness and spa opportunities.
