Richard Naing of RWN Development Group has announced the sale of ten prominent buildings, mostly in downtown Baltimore. The properties include historic buildings such as The Hotel Brexton and The Court Square Building. Many have undergone significant restorations or are currently being renovated. Also included in the sale are the Mount Vernon Apartments at 902-904 St. Paul Street, a former Dorchester County courthouse at 310 Gay Street in Cambridge, the former site of both Bourbon Street and Hammerjack’s at 316-318 Guilford Avenue, the 125-room Inn at the Colonnade at 4 W. University Parkway (plus Unit 509) and four units on Pierside Drive in South Baltimore. Naing revealed that he was selling the the buildings because he is retiring.
