Echo Investment appointed Savills to manage its Nobilis Business House in Wrocław. The office building, located on Maria Curie-Skłodowska street, offers 16,000 sqm of leasable space. It opened in August. Savills has been the project’s exclusive leasing agent since June. Tenants include BNY Mellon, Synexus, Eurobank, Skapiec.pl and Jadłomania canteen.
