CBRE has been named property manager of Váci Greens Building C in Budapest. The project, which broke ground in 2008 by Belgian developer Atenor, will include six office buildings offering more than 120,000 sqm of BREEAM Excellent office space. Building C is currently fully leased to General Electric, which operates its Global Operations Center at Váci Greens.
