CBRE Global Investors has acquired 1 Plaza Colon Madrid from owner-occupier Barclays Bank. The building offers 3,910 sqm of space and is located at the intersection of Paseo de la Castellana and Paseo de Recoletos. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. āThis represents our third acquisition in Spain over the past 12 months bringing the total invested to over ā¬200m.
