CA Immo’s leasing activity in 2016 brought vacancy at River City Prague’s three buildings (Amazon Court, Danube House, Nile House) down below 2 percent. Last year saw the acquisition of the remaining 49 percent share in Danube House from Union Investment, giving it full control of the property. CA Immo also took over the EBRD’s 35 percent co-ownership share in Amazon Court, Nile House (and KavÄĆ Hory Office Park). The acquisitions are part of CA ImmoĀ“s strategy, which is designed to strengthen its position in the segment of A-category office buildings. The company will continue to focus on new office acquisitions and potentially developments.
CA Immo also achieved LEED Platinum for Danube House from the U.S. Green Building Council for Existing Buildings last year. Nile House and KavÄĆ Hory Office Park achieved LEED Platinum previously, while Amazon Court is the first building in the Czech Republic to have received the DGNB Gold rating.
