Česká spořitelna terminated its cooperation with Fincentrum and said it was taking the company to court. Fincentrum served as a distributor of financial services and mortgages for the bank for 11 years. Česká Spořitelna claims Fincentrum repeatedly harmed the bank by illegal using its brands Premier and Moje zdravé finance. Česká spořitelna, member of Erste Group, is the largest Czech bank with 4.71 million clients. Fincentrum was established in 2000 and is one of the three leading financial consultancies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and also one of the three largest external partners to cooperate with Česká spořitelna. The bank has disclosed that half of its mortgage contracts were closed by external partners.
