Penta Investments started construction on the first phase of Bory Bývanie, a residential scheme going up next to the Bory shopping zone. The nine apartment houses, offering a total of 340 flats, will be built at once. Penta says that 70 percent of the first 170 units put on the market six months ago have already been sold. Penta has decided to put the remaining 170 units on the market as well. Prices range between €1,900 to €2,100/sqm, up €200/sqm from six months ago. Residential prices in Bratislava jumped 12.5 percent over the past three months on average.
