Skanska Reality bought 7 ha of land in Prague 10-Malešice from DBD Group and plans to develop a new neighborhood with 600 to 800 flats. The project will be a redevelopment of an existing brownfield along the Černokostelecká artery in the industrial area of Prague 10. It will go up in seven or eight phases, according to Skanska Reality director Naďa Ptáčková. Each phase would add approximately 100 apartments to the neighborhood. The area is located near the Depo Hostivař metro station. Quarta architektura will provide the urban plan for the area.
