A total of 363 building permits were issued in November on the Macedonian market, up 14.2 percent from the previous year, according to the State Statistical Office. Of the total number of issued building permits, 219 (60.3 percent) were for buildings, 54 (14.9 percent) were for civil engineering structures, and 90 (24.8 percent) were for reconstructions.
Permits were issued to 239 private investors, while the remaining 124 went to business entities. A total of 985 dwellings are planned, totaling 86,342 sqm of floor space.
