TriGranit appointed CBRE Hungary exclusive leasing agent of Millennium Gardens, currently underway in Budapest. The office building, going up alongside the Palace of Arts and the National Theatre, will offer 37,000 sqm of leasable area. The scheme will also include storage for 463 bicycles, changing rooms equipped with showers and accessible restrooms as well as 600 parking spaces.
