Aberdeen Asset Management sold the Construdava office building in northern Bucharest to AdamAmerica. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Aberdeen Asset Management was advised by Colliers International and Cameron McKenna Romania, while AdamAmerica was advised by Biris Goran.
Construdava offers 9,400 sqm of space and is fully leased to Metro Systems Romania.
