Meridia Capital Partners has purchased a portfolio of four assets with a combined surface area of 24,063 sqm for €20m. The package includes a logistics platform located in Madrid, whose tenants include DHL, Decathlon, Flex and Conforama, as well as three retail units located primarily in the capital, which are leased to food retailers like Mercadona and Día. Meridia Capital was advised by Aguirre Newman and Cuatrecasas in the transaction process, while the seller was advised by CBRE.
