Dospuntos, which was established last year and is controlled by Värde Partners, is planning to start construction on around 900 homes in 18 developments over the next three months. The properties will be located mainly in Galicia, Andalucía, Madrid and Cataluña. Värde has securing financial backing from the funds Marathon and Attestor as well as Bank of America and Barclays for the projects. By 2019, the company wants to develop around 2,000 new homes per year on average, according to market sources, generating between €500m and €600m in annual revenues.
