ArchCo Residential along with co-developer Jacksonville-based Whitehall Realty Partners have received building permits for their East San Marco project. The $42 million mixed use development will feature a 33,000 sqf Publix Supermarket, 13,500 sqf of retail space and 239 apartment units. Located at 1532 Atlantic Blvd., the permits allow for a parking garage for retail customers and a separate parking garage for the residents. The apartments will be made up of a of 42 studio units, 117 one-bedroom units, 76 two-bedroom units and four three-bedroom units. Construction on the project is expected to kick off in the spring of 2017.
