Skanska has sold Nordic Light office building in Budapest to Erste Alapkezelő Zrt, a subsidiary of Erste Asset Management GmbH. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Nordic Light is a seven-story office project located near central Budapest, in District XIII, along Váci ut. The 26,200 sqm property was commissioned for use in September 2016 and is 86 percent leased to major international companies such as: BASF, Harman, Schneider Electric, Monsanto, M&C Energia, Mercedes-Benz and Cofidis. The complex has been LEED Gold certified. During the sales process, Skanska was advised by Colliers International, while Erste was advised by CBRE. Legal advisers for the transaction were NGYL Partners for the purchaser, and Dentons for the vendor.
