Colliers International and Knight Frank were appointed as exclusive letting agents in Avenir Business Park in Prague 5 Nové Butovice. The complex, developed by Erste Group Immorent and owned by Hudson, offers a total of 23,480 sqm of new office space, with 9,000 sqm available for lease.
