Patrizia has finished the development of its Berlin urban residential complex Meine Mitte, with the completion of 102 high-quality condominiums. For most of the apartments located at 48a to 52 Alte Jakobstrasse in the “Mitte” District, the keys were handed over to the new owners before the winter holidays. The spectrum of apartments range from comfortable one to two bedroom apartments, starting at 33 sqm, and four to five bedroom apartments measuring 175 sqm. All apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows and large balconies, loggia or roof terraces. Construction of the residential complex started in April 2015. The investment volume amounts to approximately €40m. DGNB (German Society for Sustainable Building) previously awarded Meine Mitte the preliminary gold certification for its sustainable and energy-efficient design.
