Mähren, real estate investment company in Berlin, plans to purchase for another €150m in 2017. The company has acquired €150m on real estate market in 2016. Its portfolio grew by 77 properties with 1,368 residential units and 92,500 sqm in 2016. In the Q4 2016, Mähren also purchased 13 properties with 168 units and 12,500 sqm of area. Five of those properties are located in Berliner districts Friedrichshain, Moabit, Prenzlauer Berg, Zehlendorf and Reinickendorf. In addition three multi-family houses in Leipzig were purchased, aswell as four in Dresden and one in Magdeburg. The company plans to invest another €150m in the next two years, especially in Berlin.
