Cantelop Properties 102, led by Carlos C. Lopez-Cantera, has picked up a renovated office building in Coral Gables for $12.9 million. The 64,750-square-foot office building at 2151 Le Jeune Road, changed hands for just under $200 per sqf.
Built in 1986 the asset is anchored by a branch of Coconut Grove Bank. The seller, Miami-based Market Street Real Estate Partners, bought the building in 2014 for $6.75 million. The deal was completed with a $9.2 million mortgage provided by Seacoast National Bank.
