Phase II of the project The Office Cluj-Napoca, developed by investment group NEPI and Mulberry Development (and owned by Ovidiu Sandor), recently obtained a BREEAM Excellent certification with a score of 80 points. That’s the highest level of certification for building outside Bucharest and the second in Romania. BuildGreen managed the certification process.
The Office comprises three office buildings with a total leasable area of 60,000 sqm, located in the center of Cluj-Napoca. Currently, the first two buildings are completed offering a total leasable area of 40,700 sqm. The third building is under construction and will be completed in the summer of 2017. With the completion of this final stage, The Office will be one of the largest business centers in the city, where more than 5,000 employees will work. Tenants currently include 3Pillar Global, Betfair, Bombardier, Bosch, Corporate Office Solutions (COS), Deloitte, Ernst&Young, HP, Leoni, Lohika Systems, National Instruments, TUI, Wolters Kluwer, Yardi, Yonder. The Office includes a service and retail area, where tour operator TUI, La Casa Cafe, Winebar and Restaurant Hugo Office operate.
