Warimpex kicks off its next office investment in the city of Łódź. Called Ogrodowa 8 Office, the development will add 28,600 sqm of lettable space to the corner of Ogrodowa and Zachodnia street, near Warimpex’s andel’s hotel. Scheduled to complete in the first quarter of 2018, the project will also offer a 3,900 sqm retail component, as well as underground parking garage for 326 cars. Located in the very city center of Łódź, the investment is planned to be connected with the city’s first metro line. OP Architekte provided the design. The value of the investment is €50m. The building will provide space for around 3,000 employees.
