New Horizon Communications, a full-service communications agency that provides telecommunications services nationwide, has picked up an office building in Concord, MA. in a $4.35 million deal. Situated at 200 Baker Avenue, the 52,000 sqf asset is a three-story office building located directly off Route 2. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Concord Office Realty Trust, during the transaction. New Horizons Communications will move to 200 Baker Avenue from its current headquarters in Lexington, MA, to accommodate the firm’s growth.
