Ft. Lauderdale-based BREL Capital’s related Millenia Multi-Family LLC. has filed plans with the city of Orlando to build the second half of a 700-unit apartment complex next to The Mall at Millenia and Ikea. The plans call for a 403-unit complex with 4,300 sqf of commercial space fronting Eastgate Drive to be constructed around a central parking garage. Located directly southwest of downtown of the city center, the second phase’s project area of 6 acres, slightly smaller than the 7.78 acres of the first phase.
