Sotheby’s International Realty is planning to enter the Croatian market in January. It will open an office at the Le Meridien Lav Hotel in Split.
“The fact that Sotheby’s has chosen Croatia to expand its network of real estate offices bears proof of our country’s international reputation. It is our goal to bring here as many buyers as possible who will have their second or third home in Croatia, as well as encourage potential investors to make investments here,” said Marko Pazanin, the new manager of Sotheby’s International Realty in Croatia.
Sotheby’s operates 840 offices in 65 countries.
