Penta and KKCG are planning high-end housing projects in two of the most popular residential locations in Prague — Vidoule in Prague 5 and Bubeneč in Prague 6. KKCG recently tapped Bogle Architects to design the second phase of its project next to Vidoule in Prague 5. The first phase of the project, worth CZK 1.5bn, is already under construction. KKCG used the project it bought two years ago for the first 90 flats but decided to completely redesign the second phase, which will add 55 apartments and 44 family houses to the scheme. Penta, meanwhile, is currently finalizing a contract with Prague 6 on relocating a hospital for long-term patients from Bubeneč to Břevnov, in a move that would allow for the development of a high-end residential complex in Bubeneč. Penta plans to build 60 high-end flats at the site, but is still in the early planning stages. Construction could start in three years.
