Mint Investments sold Panorama Business Center at the top of Wenceslas Square in Prague 1 to Redside, manager of the open-ended investment fund NOVA Real Estate (SICAV). The price was not disclosed. The sale of Panorama represents an impressive exit for Mint Investments which bought Panorama in 2015 at 42 percent vacancy. The property was fully leased within a year of the sale. The disposal of the 6,800 sqm office complex was brokered by CBRE. Panorama Business Center was completed in 2000
