Cresco Group is nearing completion on its boutique office project UNIQ Staromestska which it plans to open to tenants in April. The U-shaped seven-story building, designed by Bogle Architects, will offer 7,565 sqm of office and 917 sqm of retail and storage space. Located in the historical center of Bratislava, it will serve as the headquarters of the law firm Čechová & Partners. The project is expected to get a use permit by the end of the year, followed by a LEED assessment. Cresco Group hopes to secure LEED Gold certification.
