BBI Development has laid the cornerstone for its 16,500 sqm, mixed-use project Centrum Marszałkowska in central Warsaw. Due in the first quarter of 2018, the 16,500 sqm project (including 3,400 sqm of retail) will offer a direct connection to the city’s metro system, at Świętokrzyska station on the 2nd line. Centrum Marszałkowska will replace the iconic Sezam store, located at the corner of Świętokrzyska and Marszałkowska street, in the center of Warsaw. Korporacja Budowlana Doraco is overseeing the construction, while CBRE is handling the leasing.
