Trajano Iberia has bought four logistic warehouses in Zaragoza for €42.9m. The assets have a combined surface area of 72,484 sqm and are fully leased to six anchor tenants. After completing this purchase, Trajano Iberia will have invested a total of €181m on the local market. The SOCIMI’s portfolio covers 117,000 sqm, with office projects making up 31 percent and shopping centers accounting for 34 percent, followed logistics assets at 22 percent and high street stores at 13 percent.
