In the first nine months of the year 36,957 homes were added to the Romanian market, 5,783 more than the same period in 2015, according to provisional data published by the National Statistics Institute.
Most homes went up in urban areas, representing 55.1 percent of the total. In Q3 alone, 12,851 homes were added, 1,211 more than the previous year. Most dwellings were delivered in urban areas (53.4 percent).
