Global Logistic Solutions (GLS), the logistics provider for Foxconn CZ, signed a lease on a new 11,000 sqm logistic warehouse at Logistika Park Pardubice. The facility will serve as the logistics center for Foxconn CZ and a few other GLS clients. The deal has brought the total area GLS leases in Pardubice to 50,000 sqm. JLL brokered the deal. The Pardubice region currently offers 140,000 sqm of modern A class logistic and industrial properties. The logistics market is accelerating in Pardubice, according to JLL, which points out, however, that investment into transport infrastructure is key to further development.
