J&T Real Estate has unveiled Klingerka, a mixed-use project the developer is planning to build on a site it purchased 13 months ago near the Bratislava harbor in the city’s Ružinov district. The complex will feature two apartment towers: one with 36 floors and the other with 11 floors. Both buildings will offer 400 flats alongside 10,000 sqm of office space, with BREEAM Excellent certification. The project will also include a parkhouse for 600 cars, a children’s playground and a 4,000 sqm sports area. Flats will go on sale at the beginning of next year starting at €2,200/sqm. Completion is scheduled for 2019.
