David Ohlrich was named senior vice president of property management operations at Kettler, a real estate development and property management company based in Washington, D.C. Ohlrich previously served as senior vice president at Federal Capital Partners. He also worked at NVR, Equity Residential, and NHP Inc. Ohlrich has degrees in architecture and engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
