Spanish developer TM Real Estate Group is planning two new luxury residential developments in Spain and Mexico. The company will build the Fives Downtown vacation residence resort in Playa del Carmen in Mexico and La Belle Plage seafront apartments along Spain’s Costa Blanca. Fives Downtown will be the company’s second development in Playa del Carmen. Construction is set to start in October 2017. The investment will feature a variety of residences from luxury lofts to two-bedroom apartments. The La Belle Plage apartments, meanwhile, will include large sun terraces and private gardens. The development is walking distance from the Mediterranean Sea. Construction is also set to launched in October 2017.
