General Electric and Bank BPH have signed their leases for offices at building D in Gdański Business Center. While BPH took nearly 730 sqm of space in the complex, GE signed on for more than 2,750 sqm with a possible extension by another 1,350 sqm. CBRE represented both tenants in the transaction. The D building was delivered in May.
Offering 100,000 sqm of space, Gdański BC comprises four buildings, two of which has already been sold to Savills Investment Management, acting on behalf an undisclosed institutional investor.
