Trigema has started its regional expansion, breaking ground on its first apartment building in Pilsen. The house, branded as Chytré bydlení KLR@Plzeň, is going up on Kollárova street near the central bus station and Plaza shopping center. It will offer 82 new flats, ranging from studios to four-room family units at prices starting on CZK 39,000/sqm. The house was designed by architect Jan Baxa of AIP Plzeň. Construction is expected to take two years. Market reports published by Trigema indicate that residential sales in Pilsen are similar to those in the Olomouc region, while Prague and Brno attract the strongest demand.
