ABF, an organizer of trade fairs in Prague’s Letňany exhibition area, as well as PVA Expo Praha, the owner and operator of the Letňany exhibition area, recently signed leases, totaling 5,500 sqm, at Rosmarin Business Center in Prague 7-Holešovice. The two companies will join existing tenants like Formica Group, Magexo, the operator of Lítačka/Opencard, Čepro, ČD Telematika and Výzkumný ústav práce a sociálních věcí, which plans to locate its library to Rosmarin, managed by Cushman & Wakefield. Holešovice has become more attractive for companies active in IT, advertising and other creative sectors. It offers a wide scale of services, restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries, theatres and sport amenities, including a golf course near to Libeňský bridge.
