Wola replacing Służewiec as Warsaw’s new office destination

29 November 2016

Warsaw’s Wola district is attracting most of new office development within the city, with 500,000 sqm of space underway near Rondo Daszyńskiego metro line. In a recent report, Walter Herz claims that the district is on the track to outpace Warsaw’s traditional business destination, Służewiec. This goes in line with interest from biggest office tenants, claims Walter Herz, with the number of corporates looking to relocate their operations into Wola said to be growing. Ill-planned infrastructure as well as a shortage of new investments is pushing tenants out of Służewiec. “The key reasons behind the decision (to move out of Służewiec) are huge traffics jams and a shortage of parking spaces,” writes Walter Herz.
