Arcona to start second phase of Bydlení Úvaly in spring

28 November 2016

Arcona Capital secured a use permit for part of the first phase of the Bydlení Úvaly residential project it’s developing in Úvaly, a small town to the east of Prague. The first phase is nearly sold out, with just a few family flats still up for grabs. The developer has already launched sales for flats it plans to build in the second phase, which will offer 46 units in five apartment houses. Prices for one- to three-room flats range between CZK 1.69m to CZK 4.39m. Arcona plans to break ground on the second phase this spring, with costs expected to run to CZK 130m.
